Nutritional Therapy is not a one-pill wonder; it is a change in lifestyle to help bring the body back to optimum health.

Nutritional therapy is based on the scientific principle that food, as nature intended it, provides the nutrients needed to heal the body and to help bring us back to a state of optimum health and vitality.

Practitioners use natural medicines (present naturally in food and plants) to activate the body’s own capacity to heal and consequently bring it back equilibrium.

It has been repeatedly shown that nutrition and lifestyle approaches supports the health of all the major systems of the body (digestive, hormonal, reproductive, skeletal, immune, muscular, nervous, respiratory, cardiovascular among others).

Nutritional Therapists use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances to understand how these may contribute to an individual’s symptoms and health concerns. Romina’s approach is to consider each individual to be unique and recommend personalised nutrition and lifestyle programs rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach.
